TW Nuclear Power Plant Expansion Project Nuclear Island Civil Construction Project Schedule Management

The peaceful use of nuclear energy has been for more than 60 years in the world.Today,nuclear power and thermal power(Including coal,natural gas,and petroleum)and hydropower are known as the world's three major power supply pillars.At present,nuclear power generation accounts for about 10.8%of the world's total power generation,and nuclear power is one of the large-scale energy sources for sustainable supply in the world.Nuclear power plant construction features high technology,huge investment,high quality and safety attention,long construction cycle,standardized management,strong management traceability,detailed division of labor and so on.This paper focuses on the progress management in the field of project management,taking the nuclear island civil engineering project of the expansion project of TW nuclear power station as the research object.Combined with the basic theory and method of project schedule management,the planning and hierarchical management of the expansion project of TW nuclear power station are analyzed.The optimization measures of schedule management for the construction progress of the key milestone nodes and the main control room in the dome hoisting before the implementation of the nuclear island civil construction project are emphatically studied.In the process of implementation,progress process management should be carried out by adopting measures such as improving the division of responsibilities of management agencies and perfecting the management system of procedures.Through the adjustment of the planning of the reserved area in the layout area of the tower crane,the change of the supply time of the pre-installed equipment,the peripheral corridor and the general plan and so on,to further improve the progress management in the process of the project construction Through the analysis of these main and key aspects,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the project,and also provides a reference for the progress management of similar nuclear power projects.
