Design And Research Of The Whole Life Cycle Information Management System Of H Corporation Nuclear Power Engineering Project

Executive meeting of the State Council approved the construction of ‘Hualong One', the third generation nuclear power technology demonstration units on April 15, 2015. According to the spirit of the meeting, the aim of the demonstration project is to ensure the safety of project construction and operation, form the key equipment and core technology with independent intellectual property rights, and create favorable conditions for the international three party cooperation of nuclear power equipment, by using the highest international safety standards and improving the emergency plans and response measures.This project has brought new development opportunities and new challenges for the domestic nuclear power engineering company. The nuclear power engineering companies should adjust the strategy actively to improve the capability and skill of project management, by integrating the nuclear power project management and the whole life-cycle management from a perspective of nuclear power plant whole life-cycle.PLM means product life-cycle management. The idea of life-cycle management has been gradually applied to the automobile, aerospace and other manufacturing industries. The aim of this study is apply the full life-cycle management concepts to nuclear power plant project management. We studied the method of whole life-cycle management involving association schedule, fee, engineering documents, etc., whichcovered the early stage of the project, design, procurement,construction, installation, test, and completion and turnover based on the characteristics of nuclear power project management, and used the method in practice. We aimed to guarantee the safety operation of nuclear power, and make the power plant design be the services of construction and operation, by establishing an effective sharing mechanism of information in the whole stage of nuclear power engineering.
