According to the Medium-to Long-Term Nuclear Energy Development Plan,China's installed capacity of nuclear power is expected to reach 58 GW(accounting for about 6% of all electric-power output),with more than 30 GW nuclear power capacity under construction by 2020.It is a matter of national security and of the demand of nuclear power development,to accelerate the upgrading of multi-project management system for nuclear power installation engineering,and to promote rapid cross-regional replication capacity of nuclear power construction enterprises;while constructing a more scientific and systematic multi-project safety management system for nuclear power installation engineering is of great significance to ensure the overall stability and safety of the construction of nuclear power item groups.Focusing on the multi-project safety management system for nuclear power installation engineering,in combination with characteristics of nuclear power construction,this paper draws on guidance from safety system engineering and project management theories,and employs methods like survey research,comparative analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,etc.,to carry out an analysis on existing unitary safety management system for nuclear power installation engineering.Through design,study and summarization from aspects like the basic connotation of multi-project management,the mechanism design,construction strategy,construction focuses,construction outcome assessment and practical experiences of multi-project safety management system,this paper has set forth an innovative multi-project management system model for nuclear power installation engineering;and systematically shed light on the methods and approaches for the design,planning,construction and improvement of the multi-project safety management system for nuclear power installation engineering.The research findings of this paper are of certain practical guiding significance for construction enterprises to promote their project safety management levels and build multi-project safety management capacities on nuclear power engineering,as well as for the standardization,intensification and refinement of safety management by project owners,general contractors and construction enterprises in the process of promoting the “item-group” of nuclear power constructions.
