Research On Nuclear Power Enterprise Content Management Platform Based On Documentum

With the rapid development of China's nuclear power industry,the nuclear power projects show the trend of multi-site,multi-unit and multi-reactor-type.As the nuclear power enterprise content data is growing fast,great changes have taken place in the management of information.New challenges have emerged in the field of nuclear engineering document management,especially in full life-cycle document management under the EPC(Engineering?Procurement and Construction)general contract mode.The traditional ways of nuclear power enterprise content management are becoming increasingly prominent,which can't adapt to the new development situation of nuclear power industry.Therefore,we need to use information technology to provide accurate and integrated data,to fulfill the full life-cycle document management for nuclear power enterprise.It can not only make the management of nuclear engineering project more efficient,but also improve accumulation and protection of key technology.In this paper,the characteristics of the nuclear power engineering projects and the project document management are analyzed from the scenario of nuclear power enterprise content application.Then we study the key problems in the implementation of enterprise content management platform and look for the methods to solve them.The data barriers are broken with system data integration method.Then we redesign the nuclear power project data templates and management processes,and develop a unified data interface service.By inspecting the utilization mode of nuclear power enterprise content,this paper presents the design and implementation of enterprise content search engine that is consistent with the characteristics of nuclear power projects and provides efficient multi-dimensional information browsing.The enterprise content management platform based on B/S architecture is constructed according to business functional requirements to implement e-process and e-form in the system.The main research work of this paper is as follows.Firstly,we analyze the application scenario of enterprise content management in nuclear power project,conclude the key problems according to its characteristics,and propose the methods and ways to solve them.Secondly,the requirement analysis is carried out from the viewpoints of organization level,the data level and the function level respectively.The UML tools are used to model requirements of the document management business of nuclear power enterprise.Accordingly,the overall structure of the nuclear power enterprise content management platform is proposed.Thirdly,the problem of heterogeneous massive data integration of nuclear power enterprise is solved by using the open interfaces provided by content management system and the nuclear power enterprise metadata search engine based on Lucene platform is built to improve the efficiency and accuracy of information retrieval.Then the metadata models of nuclear power enterprise content are optimized.Based on Documentum system,the business data objects are established;full life-cycle document management is defined;and nuclear power enterprise content management functions are achieved.Finally,the platform usability is verified through the function tests of content management system,and performance tests of key indicators are carried out to check whether the system can meet the requirements of the content management of nuclear power enterprises.The paper has its practical value.The nuclear power enterprise content management platform in this paper is designed to meet the needs of nuclear power engineering projects.It makes enterprise content management more accurate and convenient.It also improves the level of project documents management by realizing electronic document and process automation,and supports the development of nuclear power project management.
