In order to solve the two cosmopolitan problems which are energy scarcity and environment worsened, nuclear electricity (NE) stands out in this new energy strategy because of its cleanliness, economy and security. Our country and other countries begin to build Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) in a large scale. In order to master the NE technique roundly and establish our own NE brand, the owner has to adopt the multi-contract mode and becomes the main body of the project. The interface management which is related to the project success is the most subtle and difficult part in the project. It is testified that quality, process and investment are the key indexes which are related to the success of the NE engineering. So it is necessary to constructing an intact, suited and instructional interface management system.First, in order to find the key indexes from all of the indexes, we do researches on theory, NE engineering practice and investigating respectively. And it is resulted that quality, schedule and investment are the three key indexes, which are the bedrock of interface analysis.Secondly, we explore the main interfaces in the NE engineering from the view of the three key indexes. Once we know the interface exchanging equals to interface information exchanging, we discuss the mechanism of interface acting on the three key indexes based on information communicating, and analyze these interfaces from the view of project phases. Then we find that the interfaces between design and manufacture, design and construction are main interfaces by Core Factor method. And the interfaces between construction and installation are also important to the NE engineering according to practice.Then, we construct the interface management system including strategic layer, tactical layer and executive layer on the base of advanced experience overseas and domestic. And we discuss the role of every functional layer in the interface management system respectively, as well as the emphasis of the implementation. Managing interfaces procedural is the implementary emphases, and information technique is the assurance of implement successfully. Because the interface information management is the main part of interface management system, we discuss it from the view of information management. Improving optimizing information structure, consummating information channel and upgrading information efficiency are the effective approach to guarantee the facticity and punctuality which decides the interface information management.At last, in order to evaluate the interface management performance scientifically, we construct an interface management performance evaluation index system from the view of these three key indexes of NE engineering project management, and ascertain the rate of every index by AHP. Then, we proposes some advices of improving the efficiency and effect according to our project practice.
