Research On Project Management Of Digital Instrument Control System For SH Nuclear Power Engineering

In recent years, along with the slow recovery of the global economy and the increasingly serious climate change and energy crisis, nuclear power as clean energy, is getting the favor of many countries in the world. Clean energy policies in China have also been developed and the nuclear power industry are facing the unprecedented development opportunity. The Digital Control System (DCS) is so called the "nerve center" which plays an extremely important role for safe, reliable and steady running of the nuclear power plant. Due to a late start, the project management experience of DCS is obviously inadequate in domestic nuclear power plant. In the past two years, because of lacking experience in DCS project management, the construction delay of many domestic nuclear power plants happened from time to time due to the delivery delay of DCS. Nuclear power enterprises in China, however, pay less attention to the project management of DCS. The poor ability of project management is detrimental to the entire nuclear power industry, which urgently needs to be improved.First of all, the thorough analysis using the DCS project management of SH Nuclear Power Plant as the research object has been performed on DCS project management based on relevant project management theory with the research method of literature research, case analysis, practice investigation and comparative analysis. Secondly, the paper elaborates the DCS project management mode, the content of management as well as the interface relationship of SH Nuclear Power Plant Phase One. The main problems and their causes of DCS project management in the aspects of organization, the project management process and schedule management have been analyzed. Moreover, the optimized plan for the project management, the implementation strategies in stages as well as the relevant guarantee measures have been created on the basis of the nuclear power project management theory, the situation and problems of SH Nuclear Power Project management.Problem analysis and the research conclusion of this paper has important practical significance to improve the DCS project management of SH Nuclear Power Plant. Meanwhile, there is also a certain reference significance to the DCS project management of domestic nuclear power project under construction as well as subsequent nuclear power project.
