With the continuous expansion of China's urban scale,urban economic development and population expansion have had a significant impact on land use types,vegetation,hydrology,climate and other aspects.Ecological carrying capacity is an important criterion for evaluating the degree of interference of social and economic development on resources,energy and environment.It is an important restrictive condition in the process of urban development and a quantitative requirement for sustainable urban development.The important areas of water conservation and biodiversity protection in Tianmu Mountain-Huaiyu Mountain Area mainly involve Hangzhou,Huzhou and Quzhou in Zhejiang Province,Shangrao,Jingdezhen and Jiujiang in Jiangxi Province,and Xuancheng,Huangshan and Chizhou in Anhui Province.The area has important functions of water conservation and biodiversity protection.In this area,cities have developed rapidly in recent years,and resources and environmental problems are more prominent.Taking the cities in the area as the research object,it has certain representativeness.Through the evaluation of the urban ecological carrying capacity of the region,the analysis of the temporal and spatial changes of the urban ecological carrying capacity in the region,the factors affecting the urban ecological carrying capacity are clarified,the improvement of the urban ecological carrying capacity in the region,the adjustment of the industrial structure and urban planning,etc.Provide reference.The thesis summarizes the research progress on urban ecological carrying capacity at home and abroad,summarizes the meaning and significance of urban ecological carrying capacity,and builds an index system for evaluating urban ecological carrying capacity on this basis.The index system of urban ecological carrying capacity includes 4 subsystems(economic development pressure system,social development pressure system,ecological environment elasticity system and resource environment support system),and 23 specific evaluation indicators.The projection pursuit method was used to quantitatively evaluate the urban ecological carrying capacity in the important areas of water conservation and biodiversity protection in Tianmu Mountain-Huaiyu Mountain District from 2008 to 2017,and to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution of urban ecological carrying capacity in the study area.Comprehensively discuss the influencing factors during the evolution of urban ecological carrying capacity in the study area,propose countermeasures to improve the urban ecological carrying capacity in the study area,and provide reference suggestions for the adjustment of urban industrial structure,livable cities and urban planning in thestudy area.At the same time,there are many cities in the study area,and there are differences in economic society and environment,with certain differences and representativeness.The study of the cities in this area can provide a reference for the construction research of other cities in the country.The research results obtained are as follows:(1)From the time scale of the urban carrying capacity of the study area,the ecological carrying capacity of the important areas of water conservation and biodiversity conservation in the Tianmushan-Huaiyu mountain area from 2008 to 2017 showed a downward trend in fluctuation.The ecological carrying capacity of each city is on the rise,and the ecological carrying capacity of eight cities is on the decline,which indicates that most of the cities in the study area need to further improve the coordination between urban ecological environmental protection and economic development in the development process.(2)From the perspective of changes in the spatial scale of urban carrying capacity in the study area,the urban ecological carrying capacity is distributed in a strip shape,and the carrying capacity decreases from the middle to the lower two sides,with significant regional differences,and the ecological carrying capacity between cities over time.The gap has gradually decreased.(3)The calculation results of urban ecological carrying capacity in important areas of water conservation and biodiversity protection in Tianmu Mountain-Huaiyu Mountain area indicate that the tertiary industry accounts for the proportion of GDP,GDP per capita,general industrial solid waste generation and forest coverage rate.The results have a greater impact.Among them,the proportion of the tertiary industry to GDP,GDP per capita,and forest coverage rate have a positive impact on the improvement of urban ecological carrying capacity.The amount of general industrial solid waste generation has a negative impact on the urban ecological carrying capacity.The influence of GDP has declined.(4)Cities with less pressure on the ecological environment and higher ecological carrying capacity.In the process of urban construction,we must make use of the city's advantages in resources and the environment to vigorously develop green agriculture and the tertiary industry.For cities with superior ecological environment and relatively backward economic development.While protecting the ecological environment,we should increase investment in education,science and technology,improve resource utilization efficiency,and accelerate the optimization of industrial structure.For cities with developed transportation,population pressure,and outstanding environmental problems,we should take advantage of the location to develop high-tech industries,put forward high requirements for highly polluting enterprises,and rationally regulate population movements to reduce urban pressure.
