Research On Water Resources Carrying Capacity Based On Matter Element Analysis And Projection Pursuit Analysis

This paper takes the water resources carrying capacity as the research object,and analyzes the water resources supply and demand and water resources comprehensive development data of Qianyang County in 2013-2017 in order to construct the water resources carrying capacity evaluation system and evaluation index.The evaluation methods of meta-analysis and projection pursuit analysis method comprehensively evaluate the water resources carrying capacity of Qianyang County.Through the evaluation results,the corresponding“good and bad”indicators are selected,and measures for regional sustainable development are formulated for such index factors to promote the sustainable and stable development of regional economy and water resources.The following are the main research contents and conc usions?1?According to the characteristics of the study area and the research objectives,the evaluation index system of the carrying capacity of Qianyang County was constructed,and 12 evaluation indexes affecting the water resources carrying capacity were determined,and the eva uation criteria and grades were determined.?2?Through the matter-element analysis method and projection pursuit analysis method the overall trend of comprehensive evaluation of 2013-2017 carrying capacity is showing a downward trend;at the same time,the proportion of ecological environment water,per capita water supply,industrial water consumption,etc.It is more serious about the impact of bearing capacity.The water resources carrying capacity in 2013 and 2015 are both Level ? and Q₂₀₁₃>Q₂₀₁₅;the water resources carrying capacity in 2014,2016 and 2017 are all Level ?,and Q₂₀₁₄>Q₂₀₁₆>Q₂₀₁₇?3?Adjusting the overall evaluation index,the results of matter-element analysis method show that the adjusted comprehensive bearing capacity level is increased to level ?,but close to level ?;projection pursuit analysis results show that the adjusted comprehensive bearin capacity belongs to Level ?,but very close to Level ?.?3?Adjusting the overall evaluation index,the results of matter-element analysis method show that the adjusted comprehensive bearing capacity level is increased to level ?,but close to level ?;projection pursuit analysis results show that the adjusted comprehensive bearing capacity belongs to Level ?,but very close to Level II.?4?From the four aspects of water resources protection measures,increasing supply and demand structure measures,management measures,and ecological environmental protection measures,improve the“positive”evaluation index value and reduce the“reverse”evaluation index value measures to improve Qianyang County Carrying water resources to achieve coordinated development of social economy and water resources.
