The construction of urbanization is an important task of the new period.The national plan for urbanization requires that the urbanization rate of the average permanent resident population should reach about 60% by 2020,and it also calls for creating a "resource-efficient,environment-friendly" economy,and pointed out that the coordinated development of urbanization and the bearing capacity of resources and environment is the proper meaning of the implementation of new urbanization.Yunnan province is backward in economic development and has a low level of urbanization.Yunnan province has been under the current economic development situation of resource consumption that is difficult to reverse,and the development of urbanization will inevitably conflict with the protection of natural resources and ecological environment,so how to keep balanced in the construction of urbanization and the protection of resource and environment is a key point.On the basis of existing research results,this paper establishes an index system of urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity,trying to measure if the cities in Yunnan province are harmonious between urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity,and find out the main factors which cause the relationship between the two systems,so that we know how to consolidate the coordinated development relationship between urbanization and resource environmental bearing capacity.After comprehensive consideration,firstly,this paper selected 11 cities of Yunnan province as the research objects,and according to the established index system,calculated the comprehensive index of urbanization level and the comprehensive index of resource and environment carrying capacity of 11 cities of Yunnan province.Then,according to the response model,the response index between urbanization level and resources and environment is calculated,and positive response indicates that they promote each other and develop in a benign and coordinated way,then negative response indicates that mutual stress inhibition is a malignant development and needs to be improved,then zero indicates that there is no obvious relationship between them.Finally,the grey relational analysis method is used to calculate the main influencing factors of the response of each city.The thesis comes to the following conclusions.(1)Evaluation conclusions of urbanization level and resource and environment carrying capacity of each city.From the perspective of time,the urbanization level of all the cities generally shows a trend of increasing,from the perspective of spatial evolution,there are only slight changes in the ranking of cities` average value in 9 years.In general,the average value in 9 years exists and maintains a trend of decreasing from Kunming to the surrounding areas.From the perspective of growth rate,the higher the urbanization level is,the lower the growth rate is,and the lower the urbanization level is,the higher the growth rate is.In the terms of time,the carrying capacity of resources and environment of various cities has been improved,among which Chuxiong and Wenshan have declined,and in the terms of spatial evolution,the ranking of the carrying capacity of resources and environment is only slightly adjusted without drastic changes.In general,the highest level is in the west,followed by the central cities of Yunnan,and the lowest cities are around the central cities.In terms of the growth rate,the cities with the highest carrying capacity of resources and environment are in the middle rate,the cities with the middle rate resource and environmental carrying capacity are with the highest growth rate,and the cities with the lowest carrying capacity of resources and environment have the slowest growth rate.Chuxiong and Wenshan even went down.(2)The conclusion of response index of 11 cities.According to the variation trend of response direction with time in 11 cities,the responses are divided into three types.Positive response type inclusdes Baoshan and Lincang.Optimized response type includes Kunming,Yuxi and Zhaotong.Deteriorating response type include Chuxiong,Wenshan,Dehong,Qujing,Honghe and Lijiang.(3)The conclusion of the main influencing factors of response.The driving factors of each city are composed of the indicators of the resource and environment carrying capacity system and the urbanization system.In Baoshan city with positive response type,the most important influencing factors are expendation of urban green palaces and the proportion of social security and employment expenditure in fiscal expenditure.The most important influencing factors of Lincang city are the urbanization construction factors such as highway traffic mileage and fixed asset investment,as well as the resource and environmental factors such as the waste gas treatment capacity and the green coverage rate of the built-up area.Optimized response type,includes Kunming,Yuxi and Zhaotong.The most important influencing factors in Kunming are the proportion of social security and employment expenditure and the coverage rate of wetlands.The main influencing factors of Yuxi are good at pollution treatment,energy saving and environmental protection investment,but is lacked in health technicians.The main influencing factors of Zhaotong are poor pollution treatment capacity and backward urbanization construction such as per capita output value and per capita builtup area.Deterioration response type,includes Chuxiong,Wenshan,Dehong,Qujing,Honghe and Lijiang,in the first three cities,the main influencing factors are the shortage of natural resources such as arable land,forest and wetland,as well as the problems of large industrial pollution discharge,pollution treatment and insufficient investment in energy conservation and environmental protection.In the last three cities,the main influencing factor is that the per capita green area of parks is small,In addition,in the urbanization construction,they are faced with the problems of lacking of investment in social security and employment and education.In addition,the added value of the secondary and tertiary industries in Qujing is low,and the problem of insufficient educational investment in Lijiang and Honghe is prominent.
