With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of industrialization level,people's living standards improve associated with global resources and environmental problems,there is interaction and interrelationship between resources and environment and economic development.The carrying capacity of resources and environment can be used to measure the quality of the regional resources and environment and the impact of human activities on the capacity of resources and environment.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study it deeply.Hongta district as the political and economic and administrative center of Yuxi,with the rapid development of social economy and urbanization,it also causes some pressure on the local resources and environment.Thus,this paper uses PSR model and combined with the actual construction of Hongta district including slope,geological disasters,population density,rural per capita net income of farmers and other indicators system.By using the entropy method and the mean variance method to determine the weight.This paper analyzes the present situation of the resources and environment carrying capacity of each district and township in Hongta district in 2015 and Hongta district in 2009-2015 by using the comprehensive index evaluation model.And the system dynamic model is used to simulate the evolution trend of resources and environment carrying capacity in Hongta area is simulated under five different models of social and economic development.Finally,according to the analysis results,some suggestions are put forward to improve the carrying capacity of Hongta district.The result shows:(1)The carrying capacity of resources and environment in Hongta district showed a trend of increased year by year,but the overall level is below the middle level.(2)The main factors restricting the carrying capacity of resources and environment in Hongta district are population density,per capita water resources,per capita agricultural acreage,water environment and social economy.(3)Yu Xing street is the highest resources and environment carrying capacity in Hongta district,followed by Luohe Town which rich in farmland and woodland,the lowest is the Yanhe street which has the serious lack of water resources.(4)The optimal scheme for the simulation of the system dynamics model is the comprehensive coordination type.
