China,as the largest coal producing and consuming country in the world,consumed more than 60 percent of its energy.After years of extensive mining exploitation,various problems of resources,environment and disasters have already shown up around the mining area,which has gradually become an important factor that restricting the development of local economy and society.In order to solve these problems,from the perspective of sustainable development,this article researches the basic theory and application of resources and environment carrying capacity,including multiple classifier of remote sensing data classification,integration of remote sensing and ground sensor,construction of comprehensive assessment model,and the simulation of the dynamic development paths.The main contents and results are as follows.(1)This paper constructs a technical system of information acquisition and assessment of resources and environment in coal mine area,and the sensors network are established and integrated with the remote sensing data.Contrast different integration methods of multiple classifiers,the results show that it performs best that using extreme learning machine with multivariate logistic regression and K neighbor as the base classifier,meta classifier with SVM.In addition to make full use of spectral information,it extracts statistical texture features and structure texture features,which has the advantages of high classification precision,short running time,good stability and generalization.Then the annual data of land classification index is extracted from the multi-spectral data in research area.Terrasar-x data is used to research the surface deformation,the error is about 10% compared with the field measurement,and the error is smaller in the lower subsidence,with increasing of subsidence,the error increases.Compared with the field measurement,the technology can quickly acquire large area and multi-temporal subsidence data,which has wide prospect.Then,surface settlement area and maximum are extracted for 3 years,it shows that the maximum settlement value of the mining area is 394.9 mm in three years.At last,the data acquisition and integration scheme of satellite monitoring data is implemented,the collection and processing system integrated remote sensing with ground environment wireless network sensors is preliminarily formed.It raises fusion scheme of remote sensing and sensor data;the experimental results show that the extraction accuracy is increased by nearly 30% compared with radar inversion results.(2)The index system of resources and environment carrying capacity in coal mine area is constructed and calculated.Based on the analysis of various evaluation methods,it proposes TOPSIS-GRA with the entropy method of resources and environment carrying capacity in mining area and realized the algorithmic routine.Compared with the traditional methods,it needs little evaluation information,it shows well of the closeness between alternatives and ideal solution,and at the same time,the changes in the internal factors of the scheme and their differences from positive and negative ideal solutions are well expressed.The comprehensive evaluation model of resources and environmental carrying capacity is constructed and 23 index values of four subsystems such as mineral resources,land resources,water resources and environmental ecology are selected.Based on the evaluation of the historical resources and environment of the research area,the results show that the gray correlation fluctuates from 2010 to 2016 as increased first then decreased and then increases again.(3)A simulation and prediction model for development path of resource and environment system in mining area is established.It establishes mining area compound ecosystem structure,determines the factors,fits the data and determines the model parameters by system simulation.The results show that the relative errors of simulation index values are below 15% with the historical values,which meets the system operation and simulated conditions.It builds four development paths by changing parameters to simulate the development from 2010 to 2025,they show that from the perspective of the society,resources and environment,the balanced mode is better than others,but more investment in science and technology innovation is required.From the perspective of resources and environment,the low-carbon mode is better.At last,the development countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of green mines in the research area are put forward in new era.
