With the continuous growth of population,the acceleration of industrialization'and urbanization,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is becoming more and more prominent and the sustainable development of economy and society is facing serious challenges.Therefore,analyzing the carrying capacity of water resources is of great significance to the healthy development of economy and society.The assessment of the status quo of the water resources carrying capacity in cities and counties is being fully carried out nationwide nowadays.It adopts the physical quantity indicators to make single-factor evaluation,and uses the worst value of each indicator as the evaluation result.This method is relatively simple in the selection of evaluation indicator,and it is difficult to fully reflect the actual water in the area.Therefore,considering the characteristics of WRCC in Nanning,this paper proposes to improve the evaluation metrics,establish an assessment model of WRCC based on multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and make a more reasonable assessment of the current status of water resources capabilities for Nanning City.The results of the study show that:1.Taking into account the exploitation of groundwater in different counties,the characteristics of water resources development and utilization in each county of Nanning can be fully reflected,by supplementing the indexes,such as the development and utilization of water resources,the ratio of water consumption to exploitable resources,etc.It can reflect the actual situation of the water quality in each county more comprehensively and reasonablely,by supplementing and perfecting the indexes to analyze the pressure condition of water quality,such as the reaching standard rate of water quality in water function zones,the ratio of COD,ammonia and nitrogen emisions to the allowable discharge of assimilative capacity,etc;2.The established water resources carrying capacity evaluation model based on multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the water resources carrying capacity of Nanning.The load pressure between different counties can be compared.The results show that:the urban areas and Wuming County have the lowest scores,thus the pressure on water resources is relatively high;Shanglin County and Mashan County have the highest scores,indicating the development and utilization of water resources are in good condition;Heng County,Binyang County and Longan County are in the middle,meaning their water resources development and utilization are facing certain pressure;3.Using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the WRCC status quo of Nanning City show that Nanning City is not overloaded,the urban areas and Wuming County are in a critical state,and Heng County,Binyang County,Longan County,Shanglin County,and Mashan County are not overloaded;4.The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method refines the evaluation index in water quality and water quality.Therefore,the evaluation index system is more comprehensive and can fully consider the characteristics of water resources carrying capacity in different counties.The evaluation results are more comprehensive and reasonable.
