The popularization and application of network technology and information technology has become an important means of market development,revenue generating revenue and the management of customers in various industries.At the same time,the banking industry is constantly in its own reform and innovation at the same time,the competition between the industry and the industry is becoming increasingly fierce.With the vigorous development of the Internet,financial environment also undergoing tremendous changes,the business model of banks break along with,in the face of the impact of the Internet has brought financial,making banking from the previous focus only on changes in the business development of taking the customer as the center of development mode.In the system design and implementation,the system is mainly based on the B/S architecture,using ASP.NET technology and Server2008R2 SQL database,using UML object-oriented method,the system for a full range of R & D.Firstly,the system of marketing management,customer management,service management,statistical management,basic data,rights management and other six major modules for use case modeling analysis and use case description and analysis,then the module of the system and each sub function module diagram,class diagram and sequence diagram design package,also of rural commercial bank's customer relationship database table attribute graph and database table design,finally to the system various functional modules were interface display and operation flow chart and part of the key code display,by testing the system capable of Qingdao rural commercial bank customer relationship management needs,the system has strong stability and forward-looking.The system through the analysis of customer contribution,customer composition analysis,customer service analysis,as well as customer churn analysis,for the bank management to develop appropriate plans to adjust to provide the necessary data support.Anyway,the research and development of the system for Qingdao rural commercial bank to develop the new customer,mining potential customers,service and old customers to provide more rapid service,the system also for other commercial banks to research and development the system to provide the necessary reference.
