This topic comes from the actual needs of Guangzhou rural commercial bank, r ural customers in customer relationship management informationization development. With the rapid development of China’s rural economic development, the transformati on of the mode of the rural economy, rural financial demand customer groups show ed a rising trend, diversified, multi-level needs of more and more obvious characteri stics. As the main force of the local finance rural commercial bank is a heavy resp onsibility in shoulder, only to face how to meet the new situation, the new "three r ural" requirements, and actively respond to the increasingly fierce external competiti on, to build a modern financial enterprise characteristic. In the face of severe challe nges, Guangzhou rural commercial bank urgent need to establish a customer relation ship management system to solve the above problem.This article first has carried on the detailed analysis of the rural commercial ban k business customer relationship management, especially on the group index evaluation of rural customer analysis, summarizes the functional requirements of the system, and briefly introduces the non functional requirements for information security, system perfo rmance and system related.Based on user demand, using the demand analysis results, as pects of the system structure,system function structure, network topology, security sche me and database design, system main module detailed design were discussed, and put f orward the overall system solution.Through the design and implementation of the custo mer relationship system, improve the company’s level of customer management, enhanc e the market competitiveness of commercial banks.Through the establishment of management system, aiming at the existing custome r effective resource integration, build customer unified information platform, convenient to all departments have to customers, improve customer relationship management leve l; the difference of marketing mode in different customer groups, to improve the marke ting effect; to create a platform for customer manager, through this platform can be timely understanding of customer, customer master the dynamic, active marketing and supp ort customers to provide more professional services for customers.
