With the deepening of China's reform and opening-up policy and the rapid development of urban-rural integration,the scale of rural commercial banks has expanded.Rural commercial banks have changed from a single service village to a diversified and multi-channel fundraising.The manual accounting of customer relationship management in traditional rural commercial banks and the management methods and methods of spreadsheet methods have not been able to meet the requirements of modern bank customer relationship management.Under the background of dramatic changes in the domestic financial market environmen t,how to save bank customer relationship processing costs,improve customer service quality and levels,and further informatize and scientificize bank customer relationship management become the urgent problems for rural commercial bank customer relationship management.This article based on the demand of a rural commercial bank in Hunan Province to manage the customer's information,conducted an in-depth discussion and analysis of the market.Combining the advanced bank and customer relationship managemen t concepts at home and abroad,this paper designs and develops a bank customer relationship management system for the requirements of a rural commercial bank customer relationship management in Hunan Province.First of all,from the aspects of system pre-design,program development,application debugging,etc.,we point out the shortcomings of the current bank customer relationship management system,determine the functional and non-functional analysis of the system.Secondly,develop the relevant technologies applied to this system.Explained,introduced the application of J2 EE technology,big data technology,Java language and SQL server 2012 database;Again,based on the functional module demand analysis,non-functional requirements analysis and data table requirement analysis of this system,the system functional module design analysis and Database,data table function design;According to the needs of the system,the functional modules of the system are designed,and each function module is analyzed and designed in detail.Through analyzing the system entities,the ER diagram of the system is given.Finally,combined with the careful design of the system,a customer relationship management system suitable for the rural commercial bank and APP client functions were developed,and the system's functional testing and stress testing were performed.Based on the results of the prototype system operation,this system shows that in addition to normal customer relationship management functions and query analysis,the system can also form data sharing with other systems within the bank to achieve data synchronization.It will interconnect the various departments of the bank's system,plan and manage the bank's customer relationship data,bank outlet information and bank financial product information,and use the big data technology to automate bank customer relationship management.The system not only eases the workload of bank account managers,but also improves work efficiency.It also enables a rural commercial bank customer relationship to be more accurately and steadily controlled and managed.
