In the twenty-first Century,the cultural industry,as an important industry to enhance the soft power of national competition,has gained more and more attention.Radio and TV industry an important part of the cultural industry,combining economic and social benefits,In the adjustment of structure,promote development,create a picture,and so have played a huge role.At this stage,China's radio and television industry is an important period of transition,the global radio and television market competition environment has become increasingly open because of the increasingly serious.This paper chooses Huai'an as a concrete research object,focusing on the radio and television industry competitiveness and its influencing factors,explore new ideas and measures to promote the competitiveness of industries not only has significant theoretical value,but also has important practical significance.Above all,this study objectively analyses and evaluates the present situation of the competitiveness of Huai'an radio and TV industry,through the comparison with the media powers such as Britain,the United States,South Korea and so on to find out the gap and the future direction of development.Secondly,from six aspects of production factors,demand conditions,firm strategy structure and competition,the support of related industries,the government and the opportunity,to analyze the influencing factors of Huai'an broadcasting industry competitiveness according to Potter's "Diamond Model".Thirdly,according to the present situation of Huai'an radio and television industry,the cause and effect model of influencing factors of its competitiveness is constructed by distinguishing the result and cause of competition.At the same time,the paper uses relevant statistical analysis method to analyze the influence factorsin the model on the competitiveness of Huai 'an radio and TV industry on the basis of it.Finally,combined with the empirical analysis results and theoretical,put forward to promote the competitiveness of Huai'an radio and television industry to enhance the countermeasures and suggestions.The empirical results show that: first,innovation ability,cultural consumption demand,the government financial support have promoted Huai'an radio and TV industry competitiveness,and the influence of human resource in radio and TV industry has two sides Innovation,demand and government support for Huai'an radio and television industry,its income and productivity has a clear positiveimpact.The human resource is different,which only has obvious positive effect on the increase of income,but the overall labor productivity has a significant negative effect.Second,the level of financial development and supporting industries to enhance the competitiveness of Huai'an radio and TV industry has a negative effect,indicating the current financial industry,the environment is not perfect,which caused a serious impediment to the development of Huai'an radio and TV industry.Third,the content resources have no obvious influence on the competitiveness of Huai'an's Radio and TV industry.This shows that to enhance the competitiveness of Huai'an's Radio and TV industry,we should seek breakthroughs in depth mining and innovation of content resources.Fourth,in the influencing factors,the technological innovation variables and the human resource elasticity coefficient are the largest,which shows that the technological innovation variables and human resources are the main driving forces for the promotion of Huai'an radio and TV industry competitiveness.This paper tries to do more valuable research in the Huai'an radio and TV industry competitiveness index.Second,know the impact of different factors on Huai'an radio and TV industry competitiveness,by researching Huai'an radio and TV industry competitiveness factors with the help of panel data model.
