| As an automatic machine,a robot can replace human labor and its production and application level is a sign to measure the level of technological innovation and high-end manufacturing industry of a country.Since the 1960 s,Japanese robot industry has maintained a higher level of international competitiveness.China’s robot industry has grown rapidly in recent years and has become the world’s largest consumer of robots.At the same time,a variety of problems have arisen and there is an enormous gap compared to the advanced countries.Through the study of the international competitiveness of Japan’s robot industry,the experiences can be used for reference to the development of robot industry in China,which is of great significance to improve the level of international competitiveness.This paper takes the Japanese robot industry as the research object,chooses the theory of comparative advantage,the theory of national competitive advantage and the theory of smile curve as the theoretical basis,and adopts the analysis method of literature analysis,comparative analysis and principal component analysis.In carding summed up Japanese robot,on the basis of industry development course and characteristics,in the United Nations commodity trade statistics database selected data from 2010-2019,choice of international market share(MS),revealed comparative advantage index(RCA),trade competitiveness index(TC),export contribution rate and export technical complexity index,use SPSS21 to calculate the comprehensive score ranking by principal component analysis,compare Japan with Germany,USA,South Korea,China,the results show that Japanese robot industry occupies the front rank in the five indicators.The comprehensive score of industrial international competitiveness alternately ranks first and second with Germany.Compared with the other three countries,it has a strong level of industrial competitiveness,but shows a trend of slow decline.To explore how to form a powerful competitiveness level in Japan,in this paper,based on the theory of diamond model,from the factors of production,related and supporting industries,demand conditions,the structure of the enterprise strategy and operation,government support five aspects on the influencing factors of Japanese robot industry international competitiveness has carried on the detailed analysis,summarized their experience of raising the level of the robot industry international competitiveness has three: one is the establishment of a unique Japanese mode;Second,pay attention to technology research and development and protection;Third,pay attention to the establishment of industry management and standards.However,with the changes of internal and external environment,Japan is also faced with the challenges of weakening industrial competitive advantage and increasing difficulty in market expansion.Based on Japanese robot industry experience with China’s status quo of international competitiveness,pointed out that China’s industry still exist at present stage industry development model of the single robot,the core technology import dependence degree is high,the industry standard for perfect,small scale and low market share of problems,and puts forward Japan to China’s enlightenment: First,improve the industrial chain and find the Chinese mode.Second,attach importance to R&D investment and strengthen innovation ability;Third,improve industrial policies and optimize industry standards;Fourth,promote the development of leading enterprises to promote industrial competitiveness.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide theoretical and practical help for the development of China’s robot industry in the future,and help enhance the international competitiveness of China’s robot industry. |
