| The integrated circuit industry,as an important branch of the current high-tech industry in the world,not only plays a vital role in national economic development,but also attracts great attention from countries in the world in terms of national strategic security.Since the outbreak of the Sino-US trade conflict,the US 's cross-border M & A with other countries for technology acquisition has become severe,and China 's direct investment in the United States in absorbing advanced technology has also been restricted.ZTE and Huawei were the most affected by the outbreak of Sino-US trade friction.The technological blockade of Western developed countries has restricted China's progress in acquiring foreign advanced technology through cross-border mergers and acquisitions,but it has also begun to force China to take the path of independent innovation.As the second largest economy in the world,China currently has the strength to compete with Western countries in infrastructure construction,high-tech talent training,and economic volume.As an important part of the high-tech industry,China's integrated circuit industry urgently needs to extend from the low-end to the high-end.It is inevitable for China to achieve domestic substitution in key areas of the upstream and downstream industries of the integrated circuit industry.Driven by a new round of technological revolution with 5G technology as the core,China's domestic terminal replacement wave,high-tech industries such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence are also becoming more mature,with the integrated circuit industry as the core and other upstream and downstream industries as supplements The demand for the integrated circuit industry continues to grow.Based on Michael Porter's "diamond model" theory,this article comprehensively expounds China's integrated circuit industry from a qualitative and quantitative perspective.From the analysis of the six elements of the diamond model,it is found that China's integrated circuit industry has a serious supply and demand imbalance in the domestic integrated circuit industry market in China,and there is still a large gap between the core technology of the integrated circuit industry and other countries.Specifically,China's integrated circuit industry has insufficient continuous innovation capabilities,and the domestic integrated circuit industry's product core technology islow;there is insufficient coordination between the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain,and the inter-industry support role is not obvious;there is a shortage of high-end talent and the lack of international leaders in the integrated circuit industry,Can not continue to make blood for the domestic integrated circuit industry.Innovatively quantify the diamond model,by constructing the export value of integrated circuits as the dependent variable,R & D,R & D full-time equivalent,urbanization rate,GDP per capita,export value of electronic information industry,market opening degree of integrated circuit industry and FDI are A quantitative analysis of the international competitiveness model of China's integrated circuit industry based on variables,and a quantitative analysis shows that the effects of 7 independent variables on the international competitiveness of China's integrated circuit all show a positive promotion effect,in which the production factors are driving the development of the integrated circuit industry The basic factors and demand factors are external driving forces,and the related supporting industries are the supporting conditions for forming an industrial competitive advantage.The author believes that in order to improve the international competitiveness of my country's integrated circuit industry,it is necessary to provide guidance from the aspects of capital,technology and policy support.At the same time,it is necessary to break the current status of industrial agglomeration and strengthen the links between the provinces to achieve the improvement of industrial competitiveness. |
