Hunan radio and television industry has stably developed,and maintained its dominant position in many fields.Owing to brand building and the strong support from the government,the competitiveness of Hunan radio and television industry is top-ranked nationwide.As speeding up the pace of media convergence,the development of platform for converged media grows vigorously,and the situation of radio and television industry is being changed.In this case,Hunan radio and television industry has been also affected.In the new media environment,the main challenge for Hunan radio and television industry is how to keep the advantages and change the disadvantages.In the converged media,Hunan radio and television industry undergoes the pressure not only from the new media as well as the counterparts,but also from administrative system change and sustainable innovation.In order to to enhance the competitiveness of Hunan radio and television industry,we should seize the opportunity of industrial development and strengthen the cultivation of industrial cultivation,technological innovation and professional talents.On the basis of the Hunan radio and television industry competitiveness in the converged media,by constructing the "diamond model" of radio,it is proposed that the competitiveness analysis of should be based on the nature of the content production,namely six key elements in production factors,government factors,demand conditions,industrial cluster,innovation opportunity,enterprise strategy and competition.In terms of empirical analysis,Hunan radio and television industry competitiveness in the converged media was objectively analyzed and positioned by constructing the Hunan radio and television industry competitiveness index system,combining the data of radio,film and television industry,and other provinces.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,this work confirmed the current state of Hunan radio and television industry competitiveness in the converged media,analyzed its advantages and disadvantages of industry,found the problems and reasons,and provided corresponding specific countermeasures and suggestions.In the new period,the competitiveness of Hunan radio and television industry can be improved through the strong support of policies,the advantages of industrial clusters,the innovation,and development of enterprises' technology and talents.The main points of the thesis are as following:(1)Competitiveness of Hunan radio and television industry in the converged media using the content production asthe core,has six big support elements,in which the combination of government,business and industry,make maintain dominance of Hunan radio and television industry competitiveness,not only promoting the development of cultural industry in Hunan province,but also leading the direction of the reform and development of radio,film and television industry in China;(2)Hunan radio and television industry in the converged media has significant advantages in the brand influence and the core enterprise development,while the strategic innovation and talent policy can effectively drive the Hunan radio and television industry competitiveness,promoting the overall competitiveness of ascension;(3)Although Hunan radio and television industry competitiveness ranked at the top parts in all the provinces,it should be reformed and optimized in the aspects of system,industry and organization,for the limitation by the ecological environment in the converged media,the geographical position of radio,film and television and the objective economic conditions and other factors.
