At present,our country has made major progress in digital substation technology,there have been many domestic digital substation project put into operation,for the application of digital technology in power system laid the foundation technology experience and product.Digital substation is able to realize intelligent electrical equipment within the station information sharing and interoperability between the modern substation.Its characteristics generally say "follow the IEC61850 standard,an intelligent primary equipment,secondary equipment networking".IEC61850 digital substation can be divided into process layer,spacer layer and stands accused of layer,each layer within and between each layer and high-speed network communication.Digital power plant technology can extend from digitized substation technology development,in addition hydropower station is IEC61850 substation one of the major areas of the application of extension.Adopted based on IEC61850 digital factory station system especially in the use of the process layer GOOSE communication solutions,factory station system automation level will become a whole order of magnitude.This scheme mainly research content for the latest based on IEC61850 standard,the realization of digital system of hydropower felt electricity system,this scheme includes two aspects of design research,electrical monitoring and control system for digital solutions research and key digital electrical equipment research.Monitoring system can be in a variety of hardware platform and a variety of popular UNIX,LINUX and Microsoft Windows/NT operating system.Application software modular design to choose the function block diagram FBD IEC61131-3 standard as a graphical programming language,QTouch graphical configuration tool software development,in order to realize the graphic can be configured to engineering application.System by SMV and GOOSE signal to realize complete plant load control functions,from the overall consideration of auxiliary power protection device,load control of master-slave machine and so on network solutions,design research the Jin-ping power plant auxiliary power electric monitoring system solutions.
