A hydropower station's stairs-type adjustment makes use of computers and the automatic control system to execute unified dispatching, controlling from distance, telemetering and remote adjusting all levels power stations in the area insides the river valley, it makes all levels hydropower station scientifically and efficiently utilize the water resources to generate electricity efficiently in maximal。 And also to realize completely the automation management of the no man on duty (or little person's value guards)in every levels of the hydropower stations。 The computer network of the steps class adjusts faces the graveness of construction, maintaining, security, management and efficiency, especially to resolve the security problem in network becomes more important and more urgency. This paper is main from the steps class of adjust center and each steps class hydropower station's security top, research and design the interconnect of the two class network, the interconnect of internal key server cluster and key section, and the security of the internet connect etc. The security system design in this paper is according to its profession standard, according to concerning safe standard in information system and related to the law of our country, based on analyzing the risk and security requiring, to design a security system in all-directions for the network information system proceeds of the hydropower station's steps class adjusts networks, and put forward to put into practice plan and management countermeasure。...
