With the rapid development of social economic,the demand for electricity is increasing.As renewable and clean energy,water has become a "second Five-Year Plan" power development a top priority.With the construction of a large number of hydropower projects,the construction of excellent real-time monitoring system is imminent.Research and design has open architecture and modular computer network monitoring system,so that it can complete the hydroelectric power plant hydroelectric generating set,the power supply transformers,electromagnetic switching station,gate and the whole plant oil?gas?water and other utilities auxiliary equipment such as data acquisition and processing and on-line control and regulation,and at the same time automatic power control and automatic voltage control,make the operation management man-machine interface is simple,convenient and intuitive,system diagnostics and fast communication,complete,reliable,it is very necessary.This paper takes Hulun Buir Honghuaerji hydropower station as an example,on the basis of our existing hydropower plant computer monitoring system,in accordance with regulatory requirements of the power industry,combined with the local special geographical environment of the hydropower plant the real time monitoring system of the hydropower station is put forward and realized.When the system is divided into plant and substation control layer and layer two local control,the use of a unified whole plant clock signal,and by arsenic dual fiber Ethernet data communication.According to the hydroelectric power plant on the control function and control,and many other requirements,the system control co-location unit configured sets of units?a switching station?a set of utilities and a set of gates.In communications,the PLC through its Ethernet card to communicate with the host computer in the lower layer-based communication protocol,using the open bus network structure,the machine through the communication with the field of intelligent instruments,the governor and excitation system,following electrical protection systems to communicate.In terms of system performance,by selecting the advanced hardware and specific software products designed to ensure real-time data via Ethernet to the system,power supply and redundant design,input and output signals with galvanic isolation,improve the system of safety and reliability of the network through the system designed rich software and hardware interfaces,to the business-to-open design system with design requirements.According to the needs of the hydropower plant monitoring,plant stand in the control layer configuration of the system and operator workstations? voice alarm workstation? reports workstations? engineering stations?telecommunications stations and in-plant communications workstations workstation,using a control system monitoring,complete the establishment of a database,specific control processes and control procedures for the preparation and human-computer interface design.Real time monitoring system in this paper is designed and implemented according to the specific requirements of specific projects.Since this system has an open system architecture,but also provides space for the future development of the further upgrading and transformation.
