The topic to the background of a real project,By Project of "computer monitoringsystem of NAM-LIK Hydropower Station in Laos" designed and development,Providing some solutions to key issues. Since the station is a large power station inLaos, It has a direct impact the stability of the Lao power, So, Computer monitoringsystem task is to guarantee the safety and stable operation of stations.According to the domestic and foreign water power station computer monitoringdevelopment present situation, the safe and reliable computer network technology,determine the structure of computer monitoring system in NAM-LIK HydropowerStation. Simultaneously, specificity for the project, we developed the practical andworkable simple bilingual human-machine interface, besides, it is very simple ofswitching Chinese and English. According to the given voltage busbar voltage, bymeans of automatic voltage control program, reasonable distribution of the variousunits of the reactive power, the power to obtain the maximum benefit of powergeneration. Realized the monitoring system and the superior dispatching systemcomputer communication, grid dispatching center of power plant direct monitoringand control, In addition, also developed the telephone voice alarm function, to furtherimprove the level of automation of power plant.We Use computer monitoring and control system for the hydropower station, canreduce the labor intensity of operating personnel and operation cost. Advances intechnology, unmanned (few people on duty) the advancement, the hydropower stationcomputer monitoring system has put forward higher requirements. How to realize thesystem information integration platform, to realize the sharing of resources, is thefuture of intelligent water power plant construction process of a focus, but also theformation of" special" monitoring system model of a difficulty. Can say, intelligentwater power plant will become the future development trend of automation ofhydropower station.
