Along with the innovation in electrical system,the separation between factories and power network,the electrical system market has undergone a drastic competition during these years.It require that power plant must apply information technology to realize the highly automation in the production and in the management.It is more urgent to made power plant optimize the resource.So to construct high efficiency information integrated system is needed to archive the purpose of "lowering energy consumption",it plays an important role in strategies development for a corporation.Based on the Project "power plant production and management information system" of The HeChuan FuJinBa hydropower plant,this thesis aimed at the design and implementation of the hydropower enterprises production management.The HeChuan FuJinBa hydropower plant is a medium hydropower enterprise of The Chongqing HangFaJiaFu electric power development co.,LTD.This thesis analysed the system scheme and the function module.Based on the in-depth research,the thesis summed up the management model and the business process.Then,the hydropower enterprise management system architecture is integrated on a three layer software system.In this thesis,we designed a new workflow processing engine based on ROR.This engine can be applied on equipment management,maintenance management process(working ticket&operation ticket).It is also a solution on the operation center,business information,materials and financial management.Based on the agile software design scheme and the web2.0 technologies,this thesis designed and realized the software system by object-oriented development language-Ruby.Then,the design of kernel modules,including reporting module and management module,and other functions is also described in detail.The testing results in the FuJinBa hydropower plant shows that the management platform is reliability and effiecincy.Finally,this thesis fully evaluated and sumerised this managment system.Lessons learned from this project and some practicaladvices on how to build managemnent system more efficiently are also given.It is closed loop which includes real cost analysis,bidding strategy andsystem management.
