With the continuous application and development of computer technology in enterprise management,the use of computer for enterprise customer relationship management has become an inevitable trend.Based on the background of a communication company,this paper puts forward a strong customer relationship management system for the business needs of the company and the actual situation of a large number of customer information management,which has played a great role in promoting the marketing ability of the enterprise.This paper introduces the development background and current situation of customer relationship management system,and then introduces the process of building customer relationship management system of communication company from the aspects of system demand analysis,architecture design,function module design,system realization and system testing.In the system design,the MVC design pattern is used to divide the framework into the presentation layer,the business layer and the data layer.In the system design,the MVC design pattern is used to analyze the framework,In the function module design,the system module is divided into detail,and the implementation flow of each module of the system is described in detail by using the timing diagram.In the system implementation,the system development and operation environment is introduced,and the system is built with ASP.NET and SQL Server 2008 Customer relationship management system,and the system function display;in the system test,introduced the main test methods,and lists the communication company customer relationship management system part of the test cases and test results.The realization of the system,significantly improve the communication company customer management efficiency.
