Like most of the insurance industry,Sichuan Taiping Life Insurance Company has always been to the quality of customer service in an important position,but as part of the insurance industry practitioners ignore the service quality of the construction,resulting in the overall customer service of the insurance industry have a negative impression,have to withdraw funds,the industry suffered huge losses.In the market competition increasingly intense today,the "customer centered" thinking is more insurance enterprises,customer relationship management is becoming more and more important.Information technology has injected a powerful impetus to the development of various industries,the insurance industry also benefit.Therefore,based on the status quo of Taiping Life,Sichuan Taiping Life Insurance Company(Customer relationship management CRM design and customer relationship management)system,either from the theoretical or practical point of view is of great value.The author through the research,design a customer relationship management system for Sichuan Taiping Life Insurance Company.Firstly,combing business characteristics of customer relationship management,application development platform and related information technology,efficient solution,the complete CRM system.Firstly,the research on system design and development need to use the technology of ASP(Active Server Pages,active server pages)technology,database,B/S(Browser/Server,browser / server)architecture are summarized;then the existing CRM system to analyze,on the basis of the principles and methods of system development,introduces the design method and the development environment of the system design and development according to the following steps:(1)functional analysis,non functional requirements;(2)the overall design of the system;(3)the detailed design of the module;(4)to build the database;finally,combined with the actual needs of Sichuan Taiping Life Insurance Company,the design and implementation of a customer relationship management system,this system consists of four modules,namely the customer management module,product management module of insurance contract service,management module,management module.The author in this thesis,the theory and practice of fully integrated,elaborated on the whole process of system development,build up a set of customer relationship management system,further improve the level of information in Sichuan Taiping Life Insurance Company,for the company as soon as possible to embark on a long-term stable and healthy development of the road to lay a solid foundation.
