This paper aims to effectively manage business information, improve customer service quality and achieve automatic and intelligent business management of Xiangyin rural credit cooperatives. Based on the actual needs of Xiangyin rural credit cooperatives, it, by use of software engineering, project management, and relative knowledge and technology, develops a bank customer relationship management system focusing on the customer information management and information statistics.By comparison of the customer relationship management systems between domestic and foreign banks, this paper, in accordance with the physical demands of the Xiangyin county-level rural credit cooperatives by field research, uses the of mainstream Struts, Sping, Hibernate, and SQL Server 2008 database technologies which is based on the J2 EE system. It introduces a three-tiers B/S architecture customer relationship management system for Xiangyin county-level rural credit cooperatives.This paper mainly includes four parts: I. To analyze the current research status and background related to bank CRM, compare CRM research on domestic banks with that on foreign banks, and describe the main work and structure of this paper. II. To carry out requirement analysis and design on Bank CRM system. The first step is to analyze the functional requirements, case requirements and non-functional requirements on CRM system; the second step is to design the overall CRM system architecture, provide details about the main functional modules, and gives the class diagrams and sequence diagrams of each functional module; the last step is to detail E-R mode and data information of the CRM system.III. To achieve the CRM system by analysis of the implementation of the main functional modules related to system database configuration, user log-on operation, customer information management, bank information management, customer information statistics and analysis as well as system data maintenance, and by analysis of the key codes. The interface of each module is given. IV. To summarize this paper and the prospects for future work.Through the implementation of the designed customer relationship management system, it can help the Xiangyin county-level rural credit cooperatives achieve the goal of multiple management on customer information and statistical analysis, provide a basis for bank customers relationship maintenance and area business development, effectively guarantee user information security, and achieve a convenient, fast and useful CRM system.
