Nowadays,with the rapid development of network technology,communication technology and computing intelligence,the competition of market economy is becoming more and more intense,and the struggle of customer resources has become an important performance aspect of enterprise competition.Who can have more customer resources,who will have the basis for further development.Customer resources are an important foundation for large enterprises,especially for small and medium enterprises.Even the survival of small and medium enterprises base.Customer relationship management system(CRMS)can be related to the market and customer information related to a unified information management and sharing,and related information processing and analysis,so that the management and operation of enterprises to provide support for decision-making.Based on the information management of customer relationship,this paper analyzes the current situation of small and medium-sized sales enterprises,and gives B/S structure and PHP technology to design and develop a customer relationship management system based on B/S structure.The main contents of the paper are as follows.(1)Background theory analysis.In the current economic environment,the research background of customer relationship management of small and medium-sized enterprises is analyzed,and the significance and goal of the research are put forward.This paper analyzes the research status of customer relationship management at home and abroad,and discusses the system development mode based on B / S technology,the system design pattern based on MVC and the development language PHP of the system,so as to discuss the whole text Laid the foundation of theory and method.(2)System requirements analysis.Research on customer relationship management needs analysis of sales enterprises.Through the investigation,the basic steps and processes of customer relationship management of small and medium-sized sales enterprises are analyzed.Then,the life cycle of customer relationship management is analyzed,the main role objects of the system are determined,the functional requirements of the system are summarized from the functional point of view,And the functional use cases of the system are analyzed in detail.Finally,the non-functional requirements of the system are discussed.For the system design and system programming to lay the foundation.(3)Detailed system design.Firstly,the design principle of the system is expounded,and the design specification of the system is clarified.Then,the system network topology architecture based on B / S mode is designed,and the logical architecture of the system and the software logic architecture are designed around the technology of the system.Finally,combined with the use case analysis of the system,the functional modules of the system are designed and the main functions and operation flow of each function module are introduced.Finally,the database of the system is designed.Including the design principles of the database,the logical organization,and the physical structure.(4)System programming to achieve.Firstly,the system configuration,system data filtering and data persistence are introduced in the process of system programming.After that,the typical modules of the system are programmed,including user login function,customer management function,sales opportunity management function,sales management function,product management function,statistical report management function and system management function.The implementation of these functional modules makes the system have a typical customer relationship management functions.(5)System testing,first introduced the test objectives of the system,analyzed and selected the appropriate test method,put forward the system test environment.And the registration function,customer information add function,sales contract addition,sales opportunity modification,product information query and customer contribution analysis function to test.Through the testing process of the typical functional modules,the test conclusions are analyzed and the relevant analysis is carried out.It is proved that the customer relationship management system realized in this paper can complete the customer relationship management of the whole process of small and medium-sized sales enterprise operation,which can meet the daily needs of daily customer relationship management,thus laying a foundation for the popularization and application of similar enterprises.
