The competition of Enterprise in the market is equal to the competition of theinternal management level to some extent. Under the background of the process forinformationization, it is a common problem in each enterprise that how to utilize theinformation technology for serving the daily work in the enterprise and improving themanagement level in the enterprise, increasing the competitive power in market. Thethesis focus on the situation of the market expansion and no-perfect managementmeasures, then put forward the plan. Through the research of the thesis, design andimplement a customer relationship management system which has a practical functionand simple operation, provide the service for all staff in the Marketing Department ofthe company. The research work includes:The author put forward a proposal of developing the customer relationshipmanagement system based on B/S model, after the analysis of the demand in system. Inthe plan, the asp.net technology and SQL Server database technology are put forward, todevelop a program based on three layers framework management system managementsystem, to achieve the company customer management of network and automation.According to the scheme of system development, the system includes the function ofsales management, customer management, service management, customer analysis, etc.Among them, sales management module offers the strategy of managing the salesrecord from the aspects of product and customer; the situation of no-systematic forcurrent customer is solved by Customer management module, make the management tocustomers, from the previous basic information of the maintenance, extends to thecustomer’s existence of periodic management; Service management as a customerservice solutions that allow companies to grasp the information of customer in multipleperspectives and all-round; Based on the three big function module, the function ofcustomer analysis is realized, and from the aspects of customer contribution, structure,service and loss, make a quantitative analysis to the customer value.The ideas of software engineering is applied to the development of customerrelationship management system in the system, it discusses the process of the systemplanning and development in detail from the aspects of demand analysis, general design,detailed design, code implementation, system test, etc. The system which developsaccording to the plan is in a simple operation, friendly interface, convenientmaintenance, database operation is stable, the execution speed, high safety data. At present, the customer relationship management system has set up a file in the XidianUniversity mechanical and electrical technology company official online operation, andrunning state.
