With the increasingly intense competition in the economic society, it's not uncommon that enterprises only take one wrong move to end in a total defeat. It is a must for them to find out new concept and methods of management if they want to be undefeated for along time. Resources should be integrated effectively no matter it's inner resource or outside resource. In the modern information society, computer information management technology is becoming increasingly important as a new method of management.As a modernized aircraft management company, DEER JET, the profit growth point is based on the huge customer resources and the good customer relationship. It is impossible to know well about what the real need of every customer by oneself. It is bound to manage the customer relationship take the advantage of computer.This thesis is directed against the need of customer management in DEER JET. It has designed the customer relationship management software system to maintain and know well about every customer's information. It is very useful to help us find out the effective operational method for company such as the development trend of customer in the future, which can provide effective information recourses. Our thesis had successfully designed and test customer relationship management system software in the C/S mode and also by the use of Visual Basic program and SQL Server data base technology. During the process of design, the need of DEER JET had also be considered by the fundamental and non-fundamental analysis from general procedure to detailed by the use of software engineering requirement method. We are confident that it will greatly help DEER JET to achieve ‘one by one personalized service' and dramatically improve the working efficiency and service quality, which contributes to the increment of customer and the profit.
