With the development of our society and economy,the public security have taken more complex affairs and their team is becoming bigger and bigger.The personnel management work is more complex,so the management efficient is hard to meet the needs of high work efficiency.After the implementation of Golden Shield and Police Service system engineering,the work efficiency and detection level have been greatly improved.At present,the public security information system focuses on the support of the core business.The function of the office automation module cannot meet the needs of the public security department.Especially in the aspects of police information and timely updates,overtime and leave management,performance appraisal and individualized training,we need the support of information system to enhance the requirements of management efficiency and fine management.The software system in this thesis is based on the actual management needs of the public security units of the author.The main function includes organization structure management,police information management,announcement management,attendance management,performance appraisal management,training management and etc..By using UML language and object-oriented analysis and design method,the thesis analyzes and design modeling to system service and software function.The system uses the four layer structure based on MVC,view layer using JSP technology,control layer using Struts framework,business layer using Spring framework,data access layer using JDBC and database using MySQL.After the system test,it is deployed on the Tomcat server and has user testing and trial run.The software system can solve the problem of the efficiency and precision of the police management,improve the efficiency of the police information update and the application for examination and approval,enhance the objectivity and fairness of the evaluation index system of various departments and also make the arrangement of the training more targeted.There are some shortcomings in this system.For example,the function is not enough,which needs to be further expanded in the future according to the actual management.In assessment and training functions,statistical analysis and decision support functions need to be further enhanced.
