The Design And Development Of The Performance Appraisal System Of The State Administration Of Taxation

With the promotion and application of performance evaluation in recent years, more and more attention to the national tax bureau for performance evaluation. But the present perform ance appraisal still attaches great importance to the content generally, lack of quantitative indi cators of performance assessment and promotion, pay. Indicator setting process analysis is not enough, lack of assessment and evaluation ability before business unit performance managem ent performance management is a lack of unified understanding of science. Improper applicati on of performance results, use and operation ability is not strong.Work in this paper, based on the design and development of performance assessment syst em of the state administration of taxation, this system has realized the target management, tas k management, growth performance, evaluation, such as a core management function was des igned and implemented based on the performance evaluation, performance records. Through p erformance indicators, task performance, growth performance, peripheral performance to exa mine the assessment of four dimensions, and then through the performance evaluation analysi s, processing, summary, finally by documents present performance evaluation results. Throug h the establishment scientidic amd reasonable performance evaluation index system and evalu ation mechanism, the Inland Revenue staff perform their duties, to complete the task, to achie ve the goal, the actual effect appraisal, and according to the evaluation results to improve the work and to strengthen management, improve the efficiency, better support the country tax bu reau to complete objectives.
