The Design And Implementation Of Branch Staff Performance Appraisal Management System

With China's accession to the economic globalization, domestic Banks will face many new challenges and opportunities. On one hand, introducing foreign advanced technology and going abroad will become easier, On the other hand, foreign banks' access lead to more intense competition. We can except that the impingement of joining WTO will trigger large change to financial industry integration and domestic financial structure. As assessment criteria is not uniform, assessment system is not complete, the performance assessment is hard to be fare and justified, which can bruise the zeal of bank worker. So it is important to use computer system to finish performance assessment of bank.On the basis of the author's working experience.in ICBC Laiwu chengxi branch, the actual need and specific circumstances on performance management to sub-branch staffs, the survey and research of performance assessment and study in Shandong University software project, I adopt J2EE and MVC to design multiple structure, realizing the separation of data and view, designing the scheme of branch bank worker's performance assessment management.We always analyze the need by using object-oriented analysis and design thought in the process of system development. At the same time, we adopt object-oriented design for each function. The article analyze performance management overall, divide the whole management into performance assessment inquire, performance evaluation management, evaluation index management, performance evaluation report, performance evaluation analysis and make analysis of the cases in detail for each part to complete the definition of system function. The writer puts forward systemic design objective on system technique and use multilevel design and discuss layer mechanism design and interactive among layers in detail. In the function design, it adopts movable picture, sequence chart to design the main function in detail. Lastly it adopts several screenshots to describe the realization of system, and describes the key technology.The design content of this thesis has been successfully applied in the branch bank, meeting the daily need. And I hope this design can help other banks with their performance assessment and give them some reference and guide.
