Daily operation of the bank,what is the most important,not a service,not a product but a customer resource.Therefore,how to maintain good customer resources,the effective use of customer resources has become a new issue to be resolved.Customers in the process of opening the bank to generate a lot of data,such as: name,contact information,address,birthday and other important information.Or the customer in the process of consumer transactions generated by the bank can also enable more customers to understand the customer's spending habits,so as to tailor products to customers.The bank customer relationship management system overall design to proceed,with Bank of China currently owns and / or the use of customer relationship management system is analyzed in this paper,the design and implementation of consistent with modern bank customer relationship management needs and adapt to the future development of the bank account management system.This paper introduces the bank customer relationship management and the background and significance of the present situation of the management of research in the field of bank customer relationship at home and abroad made a brief introduction;describes the theory and technology related to the design and implementation of customer relationship management system;the main content analysis presented the bank customer relationship management system requirements,including the function demand analysis of user requirement analysis and system design is given;the bank customer relationship management system and implementation details,which mainly introduces the design,system framework,system function structure and system database design;design scheme including the design of marketing management,customer management and service management module;finally,the testing of the system described,mainly to test the basic functions of the system and the main These two aspects of performance.
