At present,domestic banks have entered the stage of full competition,a large number of valuable customers are all in the fierce competition of products and services of many banks.The focus of inter-bank competition has been developed from product to service.Its fundamental purpose is to compete for high-value customers,middle and high-end customers,to establish a customer stratified and classified service system adapted to the characteristics and advantages of bank operation,and to meet customer needs and obtain more through appropriate and efficient service marketing process.High income.In this context,we will build a marketing management platform system as the core to enhance their own customer relationship management,improve customer service level,and ultimately improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on Qilu Bank's customer hierarchical management business rules,the system uses object-oriented analysis and design method to analyze the use cases of individual customer management,service marketing management,event marketing management,product marketing management and other functional modules,and then carries out the detailed design,implementation and testing of the functions.The system is described by UML modeling language.The modeling process of this platform.The system adopts B/S framework and SSH framework technically.The coding process uses Java language to write background business logic.JSP + JQuery is used to write pages to enhance the interactivity of the system.The database uses SQL Server 2014 database.Qilu Bank's customer marketing management platform has realized such business functions as personal customer management,service marketing management,event.marketing management,product marketing management,etc.Complete customer inquiries,relationship customer inquiries,bank customer search and marketing activities management,SMS management,customer contact management,annual personal deposit management.Customer managers can also use the functions of this marketing management platform to complete reminders of events,deposits,loans,financing,insurance,blessings,customer management,etc.,mainly through the use of query functions to achieve.Customer managers use product marketing management functions to complete the first page of the product to view and precious metal products,wealth management products,insurance products,debit card products and other inquiries.The design and implementation of Qilu Bank's customer marketing management platform will greatly reduce the workload of bank staff,thereby improving the efficiency of work and the accuracy of bank data management.This marketing management platform will promote the smooth progress of Qilu Bank's customer marketing business,improve Qilu Bank's performance and promote development.
