With the needs of the new economy and the development of new technologies, Gartner Group Inc Proposed the Concept of CRM(Customer Relationship Management Customer Relationship Management). In recent years, CRM market has been in a state of an explosive growth, CRM is becoming the central issue of customer relationship management. This article carry out a real estate customer relationship management system based on business intelligence research.which use the traditional real estate company’s customer relationship management information technology and automation as the entry point.Customer relationship management system based on business intelligence use SCA(Service Components Architecture Service Component Architecture) as a starting point, use UML modeling technology and object-oriented development methodology, the platform uses the Apache Tuscany with Web servicesthe combined application Integration Architecture, the data capabilities of the network share easily achieve remote data transmission and data exchange, remote data analysis summary statistics to improve the efficiency of internal data flow, and provide comprehensive data analysis and support for decision-making.Real estate industry is developing rapidly at present, there are many typical real est ate enterprise. In the increasingly competitive real estate market, and how to create the b est customer experience, how to maintain a good relationship with customer’s business a nd form a good effective interaction with customers has become a top priority for the su stainable development of real estate enterprises. The application of customer relationshi p management system will lead to an innovation of real estate industry and leap, will be to promote real estate enterprises.This article will through the implementation of the cus tomer relationship management system in real estate case to analyze the theoretical kno wledge of customer relationship management(CRM), realization of real estate customer relationship management based on business intelligence.This system can improve the w orking efficiency of customer relationship management of house property company and quality, and work for the real estate company customer relationship management, to pro vide certain reference basis, and some useful information for the decision of real estate c ompanies and accurate data, finally realizes the network management of real estate company work.
