As consumers become more sophisticated,competitive intensity increases,companies not only need to improve the quality of their produces,the service,marketing effectiveness,but also need to actively discover latent customers,acquire customers and solidify customers'loyalty, and so the concept of Customer Relationship Management (abbreviated CRM) came out.The study background and the effect of CRM are discussed in this thesis. The successful implementation of CRM strategy leads to efficient revenues maximization, customer satisfaction. Which is the most important way to gain customer loyalty and organizational competitive advantages? The implementation of CRM will change the business relationships, and at the same time, only if people in the organizations can understand roles and contribution, facilitating and managing business process is redesigned accurately, and data resource is used effectively, the implementation of CRM will be successful. The paper puts forward the system design method according to the VFP system.This system have customer information management, customer complain management, schedule management, form management system maintenance 5 great function module. The user of difference may inquire, add, modify, and delete corresponding information according to own limits of authority. Company's different levels leads may offer human nature melt serve according to the customer information of record, and it is also helpful for company's rising to the altitude of CRM, and raising company's comprehensive competition ability.Based on a development mode of the applying system according to the VFP and the instruction of modem software engineering thought, developing system adopt to the object-oriented development technique, the reuse and expansibility is favorable, the exaltation program is efficient. The result of test proves that this system has attained the desire of design.Finally, the main research contents of full text are summarized, main research conclusions and innovation points are given, and the insufficiency of this paper and research emphases in the future are pointed out.
