As a result of the existence of jitter,in the process of high-speed serial signal transmission,the performance of the whole system tends to be a great impact,jitter has become the key factor for high speed digital system design.In order to satisfy the high speed serial system design requirements,enhance the overall stability of the system,in the aspect of signal integrity analysis has important significance which jitter components that exist in the signals are observed successfully and separation.Aiming at the high-speed serial signal,adopt both qualitative and quantitative methods to jitter analysis,respectively,based on eye diagram to build and parameter analysis method of qualitative analysis,based on histogram of the jitter separation analysis method of quantitative analysis,the needs for clock recovery to signal for facilitate in data processing,this is eye diagram to build as and jitter separation as the premise and foundation.Research works of this thesis mainly include the following aspects:In the aspect of clock recovery,Implements that based on software phase-locked loop method of the clock recovery.The method is based on the basic idea of hardware phase-locked loop,through to phase incremental constantly check and changes,make it gradually close to the standard signal,through repeated comparison,finally,locking phase and determining the signal contained in the clock information.This method is compared with hardware phase-locked loop clock recovery method,to avoid the jitter components caused by the hardware itself and to get a good promotion on the accuracy of the data.In the aspect of eye diagram to build and parameter analysis,the traditional method of building the eye diagram of improved,Implements that based on synchronous cutting method of overlapping display the eye diagram of build.The method of through transmission signal to synchronous cutting,fully maintain the original characteristics of the signal and solve the signal interference problems produced by synchronous trigger mode,make the generated eye diagram can more truly reflect the characteristics of the signal.At last,this paper proposes a new method for determining the eye crossing point,through the eye diagram parameters measurement way to eye diagram for validation.In the aspect of jitter separation,put forward a method based on the tail fitting jitter separation.The method based on double Dirac model,analysis of deterministic jitter and the characteristics of random jitter through to the jitter modeling approach,a tail fitting method is used to determine the tail in the histogram,through the fitting analysis of successful isolate deterministic jitter and random jitter,to achieve the jitter separation in high-speed serial signal.
