Net MVC and field driven design theory to realize Litian we customer demand for the development of CRM system for that service in construction enterprises, improve the customer satisfaction of the enterprise.ASP. Net MVC is currently emerging web development framework, provided by the Microsoft ASP. Net platform based on MVC architecture, and the new thoughts and agile development techniques of integration, it can replace traditional ASP.NET WebForms to achieve a variety of web design and development projects. Foreign software domain driven design is the current mainstream software design method, in the demand stage began to consider the domain model, unified analysis and design software programming, so that the software can quickly respond to changes in demand.This paper starts from the introduction of the ASP.NET MVC framework, the characteristics of ASP.NET MVC were deeply studied, combined with Litian company customer relationship management needs, based on Domain Driven Design Theory, the overall design scheme of CRM system is proposed, and the six functions of the system are realized: customer information file management, customer development and maintenance management, customer data statistical analysis, project management, project financial management, system management, make Litian relevant departments of the company and the branch to manage customer resources efficiently. This paper also describes the CRM system of client,server(ASP.NET MVC), database, implementation method and key technology analysis, and carry out the unit testing, integration testing and performance testing to verify the system accuracy and stability.In this paper, the software design and implementation of the standardization process, the use of ASP.NET MVC technology to achieve the detailed content of the CRM system. The CRM system not only has a good operating experience, but also has a practical and powerful function, which provides a practical reference for the construction industry to achieve CRM system.
