With the arrival of the21st century, the global economy render the integrationtrend, along with the rapid development of information technology (IT), especially innetwork technology and the popularity of the Internet, making the modern enterprisemore and more attention to information technology (IT) enterprise managementapplications. Among them, the customer relationship management (CRM, CustomerRelationship the Manage-ment) is using IT to strengthen the management, is acustomer-centric firms maximize profits and maximize the interests of customers for thepurpose of a marketing strategy. CRM from the United States, soon to be in the globalrecognition and promotion. Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) is themarket and customer information systems management, sharing, and effective analysis,processing new applications rapidly in recent years with the development of networktechnology development. The system has become a hot issue in the computer industry.Domestic securities industry customer relationship management applications is still inits infancy, the major securities firms in different forms at different levels to carry outcustomer relationship management to explore and try the idea of customer relationshipmanagement as a business strategy the core idea. Customer relationship managementsystem in the implementation of the operation of securities companies to increase theextent of the company’s business information technology to better improve theoperational efficiency of the level of corporate customer relationship managementbusiness and related work.Microsoft released VS.NET, it is a collection of a complete set of building varioustypes of application development languages and development tools, systemdevelopment in this article is to use the NET network application technologies andprogramming languages C#and collection of integrated development tools of VS.NET.Which rich NET Framework class library resources, as well as a complete integrateddevelopment environment, tailored to the powerful new programming language C#,combined with the corresponding database access technology, integrated application to construct a new, efficient, distributed customer relationship management system.The thesis first gives the research background and research status of the customerrelationship management, and then introduced some of the key technologies involved inthe customer relationship management systems, analysis and system developmentbackground and needs, the architecture of the system (system architecture and networkarchitecture), functional design, database design and class design are introduced, andfinally, shows the concrete realization of the technology to achieve the key code, theapplication of the Microsoft package Crystal Reports. The system is based on thecurrent most popular three-tier framework for the development, use the SQLServer2005as database VS.NET development platform, using ADO.NET and Crystal Reportstechnology and framework, to complete customer file management, corporateinformation management, staff management, statements, business management andsystem management module.
