In the current environment of interest rate marketization reform,the central bank has open up regulation of financial institutions lending rate,which means that commercial Banks on loan pricing have more decision-making authority,at the same time also brought unprecedented challenges.Therefore,in this context,how to maintain regular customers and attract new customers while reflecting individual differences through loan interest rates has become an urgent problem to be solved.At the same time,the increase of the complexity of loan pricing business also puts forward higher requirements for the system,the old system under the single architecture mode has been difficult to adapt to the current business model due to its disadvantages such as poor scalability,low flexibility,slow response speed and so on.Therefore,based on the above problems,and combined with the industry pain points for comprehensive analysis and research,put forward loan pricing model based on customer relationship.At the same time the needs of commercial bank loan business as a starting point,through the use of the driver in the field of thought as guidance methodology of business division,with micro service as the overall system architecture,design and complete the pricing system of a new generation of customer relationship building.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)An improved loan pricing model is proposed based on the idea of customer relationship.A preferential strategy based on customer relationship is introduced on the basis of costplus pricing model.By taking the customer's contribution to the bank and the historical closeness of the two parties as the reference factors to realize interest rate preference,and combining with the differential target profit rate,an improved pricing model of loan interest rate based on customer relationship is proposed,and then the differential pricing target of loan interest rate is realized.(2)Customer relationship pricing system is analyzed and designed based on domaindriven design.Based on the actual requirements of bank loan business,this paper carries out a brainstorming on the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.Based on this,the method of domain-driven design is used to analyze and identify the elements such as aggregation root and entity in the domain model.Combined with the micro-service architecture,the system is divided into four sub-modules: public parameter management service,public loan pricing service,public task approval service and system management service.(3)Based on Spring Cloud micro-services framework and DDD four-tier architecture model,carry out architecture design and function realization of customer relationship pricing system.Using Spring Cloud services framework for the system development,through Nacos service discovery and register,Zuul service gateway,Ribbon load balancing,Feign remote invocation and Spring Boot Admin service monitoring component implementation system such as the construction of the framework.Spring Boot framework is used inside the business service and DDD four-tier architecture model is used to realize various business functions of the system,and My SQL database is used to persist data with My Batis-Plus framework.(4)Carry out functional tests on the system.After the completion of system development,test cases were designed according to business functions and functional tests were carried out on the system.The results show that the system meets the bank's business demand for loan pricing and achieves the established goal.
