Under the internet age,the new development concept of internet plus finance has gradually changed people's understanding of banks.under the impact of the internet,banks need to change their own development and management mode,and gradually change from business center to user center.In order to improve customer satisfaction and reduce the intensity of staff,the author developed and designed a set of bank customer relationship management system suitable for the bank's own development needs.In the process of development,the system designed in this paper focuses on the application of Ajax technology,SOA architecture,UML modeling language and SQL Sever2012 database technology.The first step is to design the use cases of the functions of customer information management,business information management,performance management and activity management,which are covered in the system by UML modeling,and to explain the important functions in detail.The second step is to design the system framework based on the use case design of the system function.Structure and function modules.In the design of functional modules,the functional structure diagram and work flow chart of each module should be designed,and the working sequence diagram of the core function of the office should be designed in detail,and the overall E_R diagram and corresponding data information table of the whole system have been completed.Finally,the specific implementation interface of the whole system has been fully displayed and analyzed,and through functional testing and analysis.Two aspects of performance testing are the overall testing of the specific design and implementation of the whole system,and the Bug stored in the system is counted,and then the necessary improvement content is put forward.Through the implementation of the customer relationship management system of the bank,the problem that the operation rhythm and the internal resources of the banking industry can not be matched and adjusted in time in the traditional management method can be solved,so that the customer information,the customer relationship resources and the like in the bank can be managed more effectively,the arrangement is unified,and the idle and waste of the bank resources are reduced;Therefore,the utilization rate of all customer resources of the bank is greatly improved,the labor intensity of managers is reduced,the target customers of the company need to be realized and excavated,the financial needs of the customers of the company are met,and the accuracy and customer loyalty of the management of the bank aiming at the customers of the company are improved.
