Recently,China's economy has matured rapidly,Chinese commercial banks have gained moreopportunities for growth.Commercial banks have developed rapidly due to more open market and national policies.At the same time,of course,is also facing the state-owned banks and mature joint-stock banks double competitive pressures,commercial banks gradually from regional development to international and diversified development,more commercial banks choose to change business philosophy,From waiting to become active,to customer demand for marketing.Based on the knowledge of business process,this article designs and realizes the CRM system by using data mining technology,which is based on the actual problems in the development of commercial banks.First of all,this article lists the theory and tools related to the design and development of the system: Customer Relationship Management Theory,which is a new application model of the banking system,is the professional theoretical basis of the commercial bank to the public customer relationship management system.Secondly,according to the current situation of domestic banks,by study the background and difficulties of the CRM system.On this basis,detailed analysis of the bank CRM system needs and uses a different way to specify the needs of the system.Development software mainly used ASP.NET,using many design ideas of Microsoft Windows graphical user interface,through comprehensive comparison,the bank customer relationship management system decided to adopt a layered architecture,the database using SQL2005.Finally,according to the detailed design of the system to develop the program and standards to achieve the bank CRM system,and run the test.This article mainly introduces the overall structure of the CRM system,The information query,contribution analysis,classified marketing,customer behavior analysis,report analysis module was implemented.The different modules show the interface of the bank customer relationship management system.Then the system is tested,the test results can be seen: The system can complete the management of customer relations,system security can be very good control.After a detailed design and research,Based on the analysis of domestic banking business demand,Combined with the basic idea of customer relationship management and theory,Design and implementation a public customer relationship management(CRM)System in commercial banks...
