In recent years, with the continuous development of domestic economy, the totalamount of the domestic economy is also in constant growth, so the domestic bankingcircles will meet a new challenge. At this point, the Banks face two problems, one ispart banks begin to introduce the advanced management techniques or abroad forlearning and studying, the other is that the competition become more intense as manyforeign banks come into the domestic. However due to the staff managementlevel in domestic bank is generally low, the management way istraditional, the performance appraisal is not standard, which lead to the employeesworking enthusiasm not high, the work efficiency is hard to improve, facing greatcompetition in the market now, the banks must adopt the advanced management mode,so as to regulate the content of employee performance appraisal, build and perfect theemployee performance appraisal regime, that they can win in the strong competition.By the deep understanding for the performance appraisal work in the bank, thethesis combined the current situation of the assessment work; the bank employeeperformance appraisal system is designed and realized by using the popular ASP.NETsoftware development technology and B/S three layers architecture. In the developmentprocess of the staff performance appraisal system, the analysis and design of the systemis developed in a structured analysis and design ideas, and finally the function modulesare realized such as appraisal foundation information management module, evaluationinformation management module, complaint management module, assessment auxiliarymanagement module, report forms management module and data import interfacemanagement module, etc. At present the system has been operated on the line, andjudging from the actual use situation, it has basically met the needs of the dailyinspection business. By using the performance appraisal function module of the system,that can help the banks internal performance appraisal management work instandardization, the assessment results is just, fair, open, so as to arouse the enthusiasmof the staff, improve the staff work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.Meanwhile the author also hopes that the design of this system can play a certain reference and guidance for the other bank performance appraisal management work.
