With the development of economy,Financial enterprises face increasingly fierce competitive environment and market 's competition,Grasp the timely,accurate,comprehensive and effective information,which is the premise of survival and development of company.Information system is the life of the enterprise,Accurate and comprehensive data analysis plays a vital role to the managers to make right decision.In the performance evaluation system,domestic financial institutions have many unreasonable and unscientific to improvement in future.In this paper,the theory of performance appraisal is basis,my job starting from the cognitive developmental status of the current information system both in China and overseas to Expounds the necessity of perfecting the enterprise information system.In this paper,J2EE architecture is basic for System,Java language is mainly tool for application development,about database weuse MySql to build,especially,thetechniques like Tomcat & Single sign on wereused on detail improvemen t to make system more complete,and thenew finishedthe development process of enterprise performance evaluation system.In Addition,this paper through the analysis of enterprise performance evaluation system will gain the main demand about business and function to improve the design of the system data flow and complete mainlybusiness function at the system module design.Then,finish main body of performance appraisal system development.Finally,this article also introduces the system which associatedwith performance appraisal system,Such as,the auxiliary decision system,contract management system,and the human resources system,these make MIS more complete.The outcomeof this project has been put into use in a financial institution and running effect is good.In the company management it played an important role to decision-making,and become a powerful tool in the transformation from extensive management to fine management.Although Get consensus in the Peer review,this system also should make more communicate with each other good system in the circle.This system can be further optimized and integrated,finally can be replicated in other institutions of the same industry.
