Performance appraisal is the key point and important content of human resource management. Publishing companies have made significant contribute to the society Modern human resources management research in numerous disciplines. Press Performance appraisal is published in this generation in human resources management to deal with the important issues. The reason is the particularity of the publishing industry job content, publications in the editing hairstyle processes involved in the process and many departments in the turbulence of the market environment, the performance appraisal is already a large number of publishers manages facing problems. Today many enterprises assessment content publishing industry publications mostly social and economic benefits, the lack of a number of considerations and constructive system. Many companies unique ideas very creative but not universally, not for the entire industry to bring practical thinking.
