With the rapid development of economy, domestic banks face fierce competition from the huge impact the domestic market and foreign banks. Compared to domestic banks and foreign banks, the level of customer service is lagging behind, the current customer resources are very important. At present, China's commercial bank customer service management is at an early stage whose theory is not perfect and is lacking in theoretical support. Therefore, this paper in-depth studies and investigates customer relations theory. And the existing problems of China's commercial banks are analyzed and solutions are proposed, the paper achieved commercial banks customer relationship management system, which has a huge contribution to the future development of China's commercial banks.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)After reading a lot of papers about commercial bank customer relationship management, bank customer relationship management of China and other countries is known to a certain extent, which is the steppingstone of developing commercial banks customer relationship management system.(2)Current mainstream databases are studied, and from them the database is chosen to fit the system with the information of the system this paper develops. The technology of.NET framework, MVC model and CSS languages are studied, which lays a solid foundation for the completion of commercial banks customer relationship management system.(3) The problems to be solved in practice are arranged after the deep discussion with the project demand side for more pertinence and the capability of solving the problems in practical work. According to the general requirements, the system frame and use case diagrams of each function module are designed. And the concept design and the logical design of the database are completed.(4)The development of commercial banks customer relationship management system is completed. According to the requisite system requirement analysis, the system is programmed based on the features of China's commercial bank customer relationship management system.(5)The reliability of the system this paper develops is validated after the performance test and functional test. The automated testing tools is used to do the performance testingof the system.The innovations of this system are as follows:(1)Customer care services are increased. Customer Care Service effectively increased the customers' praise of the bank.(2)Risk management functions are increased. This feature can effectively avoid risks and reduce bank risks while enhancing the ability to identify important customers. And special care for important clients can effectively increase the bank benefitsThrough verification, commercial banking services client relationship management system this paper developed can solve practical problems encountered in the work, and can effectively improve the efficiency of the actual work. The system has greatly improved customer satisfaction of the bank through the efficient way of customer relationship management. The bank's work efficiency has been further improved and all these improvements will play an important role in the development of the banking sector.
