This is an era of rapid development, in this day and age, the speed of economic development than any previous historical time more quickly. For banks, in this day and age, the most should be the first place is undoubtedly the personal business of the bank, which is why many banks have launched their major clients for customer relationship management system.The present system is based on the domestic market by some of the mainstream of popular CRM system design and development after its problems of integration.Specific development process system according to their business needs, using a multi-level multi-module back-end design while using data services separate data storage design with a high-security SQL Server data to provide efficient services.According to the actual business needs Longjiang Bank, the paper designed a customer relationship management system. Technical base system is J2 EE technology,database services using Microsoft SQL Server 2008, the client uses the B / S structure,system design using AJAX, data mining and other sophisticated web technologies.the main function modules of the system include system management, customer information management, product management, statistical query management,notification management, etc..The system passed the test system, the customer feedback collected mostly satisfied, can effectively improve customer management level and efficiency.
