Species diversity, resource value and mycobiota of macrofungi in Fenghuangshan and its surrounding surburbs were studied in the present thesis.In species diversity, more than 600 specimens were collected in Fenghuanshan Nature Reserve, Houtou, Wulindong and Fuyuan, and 209 species were identified. 209 species belong to 2 phyla, 6 classes, 18 orders, 51 families, 108 genera. Among them: 9 species from 3 classes, 5 orders, 6 families 9 genera belong to Ascomycota; 200 species from 3 classes, 13 orders, 45 families, 99 genera belong to Basidiomycota, 30 new records to Heilongjiang Province.In this paper, macrofungi resources were investigated in Fenghuanshan Nature Reserve, Houtou, Wulindong and Fuyuan. There are 130 edible species, 37 medicinal species and 16 poisonous species were identified in the macrofungi. The edible species occupied 61.9%, the medicinal species occupied 17.6% and the poisonous species occupied 7.6% of the total number species in Fenghuangshan and its surrounding surburbs. By seperating strains of wild macrofungi in this region, we gained 117 strains of 65 species totally.In the respect of the floristic composition, 133 species of macrofungi in Fenghuanshan Nature Reserve were identified belong to 2 phyla, 5 classes, 16 orders 44 families, 76 genera. Containing more than 10 kinds of the advantages of families, there are 3 families accounting for 33.1% of the total number of all macrofungi species of Fenghuanshan Nature Reserve. They are Agaricaceae, Tricholomataceae and Russulaceae. There are 5 dominant genera which contain more than 5 species occupy all species number 24.1%. They are Agaricus, Amanita, Lactarius, Russula and Suillus. The macrofungi of Fenghuanshan Nature Reserve are mainly with the north temperate zone and word-wilde element. The species belong to the north temperate zone and word-wilde element occupy all species of Fenghuanshan Nature Reserve 69.2%; Among them, The species belong to the north temperate zone are larger, occupy all species of Fenghuanshan Nature Reserve 45.1%; Others are else occupied certain proportion. But, Fenghuanshan Nature Reserve is mainly with north temperate zone accorrding to the results. The result of flora simlarity compare indicated that fungi flora of Fenghuanshan Nature Reserve is very similar to that of the Usuuri viver valley, is secondary similar to Changbaishan Nature Reserve, and is far from Daqinggou nature reserve except to the nearest mountain.
