Systematic Study And Investigation Of Macrofungi Resources In Jiangxi Province

The resources of macrofungi in Jiangxi Province were investigated.It is an initial study on systematics of the samples by the methods combined with molecular and morphologic studies and further studuy on their economic value,which indicated the species diversity,floristic diversity and temporal-spatial variation.It has been three years that over 700 samples were collected from Jiangxi province since 2014,such as Yanquan Forest Park,Jiangxi Agricultural University,Lushan Nature Reserve,Xiangshan Forest Park,Sheep and Lion Curtain Scenic spot,Sanjulun Forest Park and Jinggang Mountains,from which 377 fungal species were identified by combining with molecular and morphologic studies belonging to 130 genera,55 families,17 orders,5 classes,and 2 phylum.It was 217 species that were new records in Jiangxi Province.That asidiomycetes accounted for 93.4% was a definite advantage to ascomycetes accounted for 6.6% of the 377 fungal species,in which ascomycetes was 25 species belonging to 12 genera,10 families,4 orders,3 classes while asidiomycetes was 352 species belonging to 118 genera,45 families,13 orders,2 classes.Survey recorded that 884 fungal species of macrofungi in Jiangxi province were identified belonging to 130 genera,55 families,17 orders,5 classes,and 2 phylum,in which asidiomycetes accounted for 93.3% and ascomycetes accounted for 6.7% of the whole species,in which ascomycetes was 59 species belonging to 19 genera,15 families,6 orders,4 classes while asidiomycetes was 825 species belonging to 198 genera,58 families,20 orders,5 classes.Study on floristic diversity of Yanquan Forest Park,Lushan Nature Reserve and Jiangxi Agricultural University in Jiangxi Province is the first time and a long-term work.A total of 169 fungal species were identified by combining with molecular and morphologic studies belonging to 81 genera,42 families were identified in the campus of Jiangxi Agricultural University,and 178 fungal species belonging to 74 genera,36 families were identified in Lushan Nature Reserve.After 30 years of investigation of macrofungi in Yanquan National Forest Park,87 fungal species belonging to 54 genera,30 families were identified.It was found that the species community of macrofungi may change with time,and it is difficult to find many previously reported species.The results of a short time survey(one survey or one year investigation)are difficult to reflect the real species situation of macrofungi in a region,so resource investigation deserve long-term work.The diversity of the large fungi flora in Jiangxi Province is obvious.The dominant families(? 12)were Russulaceae,Agaricaceae,Polyporaceae,Tricholomataceae,Amanitaceae,Boletaceae,and the six families accounted for 46.1% of the total.Compared with the large fungi in Jiangxi Province,the six dominant families in this study belong to the dominant family of macrofungi in Jiangxi Province,that is to say,this study accords with the trend of the genus of macrofungi in Jiangxi Province.It was found that the dominant family of Russulaceae was suitable for growing in the middle and late October,the Agaricaceae was suitable for the growth in September and the middle and the latter part of October,the Agaricaceae was suitable for the middle and middle October,and the Boletaceae was suitable for the middle and the first ten days of October.The Polyporaceae is common all year round and few from December to February.In Jiangxi Province,155 species of edible fungi were identified,accounting for 41.1% of the total identified species,36 species of pharmaceutical fungi,9.5% of the total identified species,12 species of edible and medicinal fungi,3.2% of the total identified species,42 species of poisonous bacteria,and 11.1% of the total identified species.Among them,the Termitomyces and T.ganbajun,L.deliciosus are the most famous and popular edible fungi in Yunnan Province.However,these kinds of edible fungi are widely distributed in Jiangxi Province,but the people in Jiangxi Province have less knowledge of the macrofungi.As a result,people eat and use less of this kind of wild edible fungi;the medicinal fungus C.ninchukispora,as a new record species in Jiangxi Province,has the effects of promoting wound healing and resisting radiation,and poisoning bacteria can cause gastroenteritis if they are eaten by mistake.Liver damage,hemolysis and other toxic symptoms,serious may also cause death.The above research shows that Jiangxi Province is rich in large economic fungi resources and has a broad prospect of development and application.In this study,142 species were isolated and purified,and the first acclimation and cultivation of C.ninchukispora were carried out by using the strain of this study,and a set of techniques and cultivation conditions suitable for large-scale cultivation were studied.All the strains of A.cylindracea,P.ostreatus and P.giganteus were cultivated in our laboratory.Therefore,the collection of wild strains should be increased to lay a foundation for further research and utilization of its value,which not only preserves the strain resources,but also can be used as a breeding and domesticating material.There still are many unknown species and endemic species in Jiangxi Province to find out the family background of large-scale fungi resources in Jiangxi Province,and not only the investigation of the new regional resources should be strengthened,but also repeated surveys should be carried out where survey data are already available.
